CHICKEN NOODLE BEEF BAKSO

 CHICKEN NOODLE BEEF BAKSO


Ingredients:
  • 200 g egg noodles, pour boiling water and mix with a little oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and sliced ​​thin
  • 250 g chicken breast, diced
  • 100 g mushroom, sliced ​​3 each
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Broth:
  • 500 g chicken bone
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 cm ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
COMPLEMENTARY:
  • 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped
  • Meatballs to taste
  • ketchup
  • chili sauce
  • fried onions
Method:

1. Saute garlic until fragrant. Enter the chicken pieces. Stir until it changes color. Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and soy sauce. Stir well. Remove and set aside.

2. Boil chicken with ginger bones to the broth over low heat for 1 hour. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

3. Prepare a bowl. Tata noodles in it. Pour the broth. Enter stir 1-2 tablespoons of chicken, 2 pieces of meatballs, sliced ​​green onions, and sprinkle with fried shallots.  
Serve with tomato sauce and chili sauce.

MIE AYAM BAKSO SAPI

BAHAN-BAHAN:
  • 200 g mi telur, seduh lalu aduk dengan sedikit minyak
  • 3 siung bawang putih, memarkan lalu iris tipis
  • 250 g dada ayam, potong dadu
  • 100 g jamur merang, masing-masing dibelah 3
  • 1 sdm kecap manis
  • ½ sdm kecap asin
  • 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis
  • Garam dan merica secukupnya
KALDU:
  • 500 g tulang ayam
  • 1 liter air
  • 2 cm jahe
  • Garam dan merica secukupnya
PELENGKAP:
  • 1 tangkai daun bawang, rajang halus
  • Bakso daging secukupnya
  • Saus tomat
  • Saus cabai
  • Bawang goreng

CARA MEMBUAT:

1. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan potongan ayam. Aduk-aduk hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan jamur, garam,  merica, kecap asin, dan kecap manis. Aduk rata. Angkat dan sisihkan.

2. Rebus tulang ayam bersama jahe untuk kaldu di atas api kecil selama 1 jam. Bubuhi garam dan merica.

3. Siapkan mangkok. Tata mi di dalamnya. Tuangkan kaldu. Masukkan 1-2 sendok tumisan ayam, 2 buah bakso, irisan daun bawang, dan taburi bawang merah goreng. 
Sajikan bersama saus tomat dan saus cabai.

Aceh Fried Noodle

Aceh Fried Noodle
 
Ingredients:
  • 5  tablespoons cooking oil
  • 7  cloves garlic, crushed, chopped
  • 10  grains of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 200  grams of meat has deep, square pieces (½ cm thick)
  • 200  g tomatoes (diced)
  • 2  tablespoons chili sauce
  • 200  g green cabbage, cut into pieces 3 cm
  • 200  gr cabbage sliced ​​thin
  • 500  g noodles field (large wet noodle)
  • 150  g bean sprouts
  • 2  leeks, thinly sliced
  • 4  stalks celery, thinly sliced
Sauce Ingredients (Mix together)
  • 125 ml of water
  • 1  teaspoon vinegar (5%)
  • 2  tablespoons fish sauce / soy sauce
  • 2  tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1  teaspoon salt

COMPLEMENTARY:
Roasted peanuts, fried chips, pickled onions and peppers, cucumber slices.

Ingredients:
 
1. Heat oil in a skillet, saute garlic until fragrant, put the onion and meat, stir until meat changes color.
 
2. Enter the tomatoes, stir briefly, then enter the chili sauce. Stir until well blended, put mustard and cabbage, stir.
 
3. Pour the sauce, stir and reduce the flame. Enter the noodles, bean sprouts, green onions, and celery, stirring until all material is quite cooked, remove from heat.

MI GORENG ACEH

BAHAN-BAHAN:
  • 5 sdm minyak goring
  • 7 siung bawang putih, memarkan, cincang
  • 10 butir bawang merah, iris halus
  • 200 gr daging has dalam, potong persegi (tebal ½ cm)
  • 200 gr tomat (potong dadu)
  • 2 sdm sambal cabai
  • 200 gr sawi hijau, potong-potong 3 cm
  • 200 gr kol iris tipis
  • 500 gr mi medan ( mi basah besar )
  • 150 gr taoge
  • 2 batang daun bawang, iris tipis
  • 4 batang seledri, iris tipis

BAHAN SAUS (CAMPUR JADI SATU)
  • 125 ml air
  • 1 sdt cuka (5%)
  • 2 sdm kecap ikan/kecap asin
  • 2 sdm kecap manis
  • 1 sdt garam

PELENGKAP:
Kacang goreng, emping goreng, acar bawang dan cabai, mentimun iris.

CARA MEMBUAT:
 
1. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan bawang merah dan daging, aduk hingga daging berubah warna.

2. Masukkan tomat, aduk-aduk sebentar, lalu masukkan sambal cabai. Aduk hingga tercampur rata, masukkan sawi dan kol, aduk.

3. Tuang saus, aduk dan kecilkan apinya. Masukkan mi, taoge, daun bawang, dan seledri, aduk hingga seluruh bahan cukup matang, angkat.

4. Pindahkan mi goreng saji, taburi atasnya dengan kacang goring. Sajikan bersam emping, acar dan mentimun.


Fried Noodle

Fried Noodle

Ingredients:
 
packet dried egg noodles cooked and drained
1 leek finely sliced
3 stalks celery chopped fine
1 egg
50 ml soy sauce (depending on what not like it sweet)

Spices (make it smooth)
 
4 pieces red onion
3 cloves garlic
3 whole grain pecan
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
4 red chilies

 

Method:

 
1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices until fragrant and then enter the egg, stir.
 
2. Finally enter the leeks, celery and noodles and stir in soy sauce bubuhi little by little until blended

3. Place the noodles in the dish sprinkled with fried onions and tomatoes

    1 bungkus mie telur kering masak lalu tiriskan

    1 batang daun bawang diiris halus

    3 batang daun seledri diiris halus

    1 butir telur

    50 ml kecap manis (tergantung suka manis apa tidak)


Bumbu halus :


4 buah bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 butir kemiri utuh
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
4 buah cabai merah


Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan telur aduk-aduk

2. Terakhir masukan daun bawang, seledri dan mie aduk serta bubuhi kecap manis sedikit demi sedikit sampai rata

3. Letakkan mie dalam piring taburi dengan bawang goreng dan tomat

4. Siap untuk disajikan dan disantap

Cwie Mie

 Cwie Mie 

 Ingredients:
    1 pack egg noodles, cook according to the needs and directions on the packaging, drained

    
Ingredients for topping:
     200 gr  Chicken breast, diced
     2 Garlic
     1 cm Ginger 

      Pepper & salt, to taste
     Oil for saute
 
     Cucumber pickles Ingredients:

     2 Cucumber, cut into dice
     5 Chilli approached approached compensative-green chili, cut into small pieces
     2 tbsps Vinegar cooking
     2 tblsps Sugar to taste

     Cwie noodle soup ingredients:

     400 cc chicken broth
     2 garlic
     1 cm ginger
     pepper & salt to taste
     onion oil for sauteing

Complement:

2 Meatballs
4 Fried dumplings, fried, drained.
4 Wet dumpling
5 Fried onions
4 Leaf lettuce
2 Green onion, sliced

Preparation and Presentation:

Methods:
 
1. Topping the chicken: marinate chicken pieces with
seasoning, set aside some time, saute until chicken is cooked, puree with hand blender (immersion blender), sow, set aside.
 
2. Pickled cucumbers: Mix all ingredients in a container of pickles, stir, store in refrigerator.
     Noodle soup: saute the
spice, add broth, bring to a boil, add meatballs, simmer again.

Presentation:

     Place in a bowl set noodles, pour sauce noodles, add the meatballs and complementary, eat while hot.

Bahan :
    Mie telor, masak sesuai kebutuhan dan petunjuk pada kemasan, tiriskan

    Bahan taburan ayam:
    200 gr Dada ayam, potong2 bentuk dadu
    2 Bawang putih,di geprak
    1 cm Jahe  
     Merica & garam secukupnya
    Minyak untuk menumis

Bahan Pelengkap:
    Bahan acar timun:
    2 buah Ketimun, potong bentuk dadu
    5 Cabe piri-piri sbg pengganti cabe rawit ijo, potong2
    2 sdm Cuka masak
    2 sdm Gula

    Bahan kuah cwie mie:

    kaldu ayam sbg pengganti kaldu sapi
    bawang putih, di-geprak
    jahe
    merica & garam secukupnya
    minyak bawang untuk menumis

Pelengkap:
2 buah Baso sapi
4 Pangsit goreng, goreng, tiriskan.
4 Pangsit basah
Bawang goreng secukupnya
4 Daun selada
2 Daun bawang, iris

Pembuatan dan Penyajian :

    Cara Membuat:
1.    Taburan ayam: marinate potongan ayam dgn bumbu2nya, diamkan beberapa saat, tumis hingga ayam matang, haluskan dgn hand blender (immersion blender), awur2in, sisihkan.
2.    Acar timun: campur seluruh bahan acar dalam satu wadah, aduk rata, simpan dalam kulkas.
    Kuah cwie mie: tumis bumbu2, masukan kaldu, didihkan, masukan baso, didihkan kembali.

Penyajian:
    Letakkan dalam mangkuk atur mie, tuangi kuah cwie mie, tambahkan baso dan pelengkapnya, santap selagi panas.

Spicy Beef-Noodle Bowl

 
Ingredients

    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 14-oz. cans reduced sodium beef broth
    1/3 cup bottled peanut sauce
    1-1/2 cups medium egg noodles (3 oz.)
    2 cups broccoli florets
    1/4 cup bias-sliced green onions (optional)

Methods:

1.    In Dutch oven brown beef strips in hot oil over medium-high heat. Add beef broth and peanut sauce; bring to boiling.

2.    Stir in noodles; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to separate noodles. Add broccoli; return to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes more or just until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

3.    Divide beef and noodle mixture among four bowls. If desired, sprinkle servings with green onions.

Serves 4.

Chicken and Noodles

Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients

    1/3  cup rice vinegar
    1/3  cup thinly sliced green onions
    2  Tbsp. honey
    1  Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    2  tsp. Asian garlic-chili sauce
    2 6-oz. pkg. refrigerated grilled chicken breast strips
    12 oz. dried udon noodles or whole-wheat spaghetti
    3  Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
    2  medium yellow, red and/or orange sweet peppers, cut in bite-size strips
    Fresh cilantro

Method:

1.    In medium bowl stir together vinegar, green onions, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic-chili sauce. Add chicken; stir to coat. Set aside to allow flavors to meld.

2.    Meanwhile, in large saucepan cook noodles in boiling water about 8 minutes until just tender. Drain noodles well and return to saucepan. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Add chicken mixture and toss to combine.

3.    Put in to bowls. Top each with pepper strips and cilantro. Makes 6 servings.
