Aceh Fried Noodle

Aceh Fried Noodle
 
Ingredients:
  • 5  tablespoons cooking oil
  • 7  cloves garlic, crushed, chopped
  • 10  grains of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 200  grams of meat has deep, square pieces (½ cm thick)
  • 200  g tomatoes (diced)
  • 2  tablespoons chili sauce

COMPLEMENTARY:

Ingredients:

PELENGKAP:
Kacang goreng, emping goreng, acar bawang dan cabai, mentimun iris.

CARA MEMBUAT:
 
1. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan bawang merah dan daging, aduk hingga daging berubah warna.

2. Masukkan tomat, aduk-aduk sebentar, lalu masukkan sambal cabai. Aduk hingga tercampur rata, masukkan sawi dan kol, aduk.

3. Tuang saus, aduk dan kecilkan apinya. Masukkan mi, taoge, daun bawang, dan seledri, aduk hingga seluruh bahan cukup matang, angkat.

Martabak Manis

MARTABAK MANIS

 
Ingredients:

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Filling:

  • Sweetened condensed milk to taste

Method:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, stir well.

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Campur terigu, baking powder, gula pasir dan garam, aduk rata.
2. Tuang sebagian air sedikit-sedikit sambila diaduk rata.
3. Tuang sisa air sedikit-sedikit sambil di keplok-keplok selama 30 menit.
4. Tambahkan ragi instant, aduk rata. Diamkan selam 30 menit.
5. Kocok lepas telor, tambahkan gula pasir, aduk rata. Tuang dalam adonan dan aduk rata.
6. Masukkan margarine cair, aduk rata.
7. Sebelum memasukkan adonan dalam cetakan masukkan soda kue, aduk cepat sambila dikeplok sebentar dan cetak dalam     cetakan martabak manis, atau wajan Teflon.
8. Setelah adonan matang, angkat, olesi dengan mentega/ rombutter, taburi meses, kacang tanah, dan keju parut, terakhir tuang     susu kental manis, lipat. Olesi lagi dengan mentega/rombutter. Potong-potong. Sajikan hangat-hangat.

Tip: untuk isi bisa diaganti dengan selai atau yang anda suka.

CARA MEMBUAT:
 
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan daun salam dan bumbu gulai. Masak sampai bumbu matang. 

2. masukkan kepala ikan kakap, cabai merah dan cabai hijau, tuang air kaldu. Masak hingga mendidih dan matang. Sebelum diangkat masukkan santan kental. Biarkan mendidih sebentar. Angkat dan sajikan panas-panas.

bahan:

  • 2 besar bawang, iris tipis
  • 5 bawang putih, dihancurkan

  • 3 sendok teh ketumbar
  • ½ sdt merica
  • ½ sendok teh kayu manis
  • ¼ sendok teh cengkeh tanah
  • ½ sendok teh cadarmom
  • 1 sdt jahe cincang
  • 750 ml santan
  • garam, gula.
Method:
  1. Panaskan minyak dalam casserole tahan api, tambahkan bawang dan tumis sampai berwarna keemasan.
  2. Tambahkan semua bumbu dan aduk rata. Kemudian tambahkan kambing dadu dan garam, aduk dan masak di atas api sedang selama 5 menit.
  3. Aduk santan sampai mendidih, aduk terus,

Ingredients:

Masukkan isian dalam tahu yang telah dilubangi tengahnya, kukus ±15 menit (sampai matang)
Sebelum dihidangkan goreng dulu sampai berwarna kekuningan

BAHAN-BAHAN SAUS KACANG:
350 gr kacang tanah, sangrai hingga matang, haluskan
7 cabai merah (goreng)
7 siung bawang merah (goreng)
5 siung bawang putih (goreng)
1 sdt cuka
100 ml minyak sayur
1 liter air
5 sdm gula merah disisir halus
Garam secukupnya
Gula pasir secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT:
Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, lalu campur jadi satu hingga jadi adonan, masak adonan hingga kental.

Ingredients:

Emping dan Sambal

Acar:
1 buah wortel, potong dadu
1 buah mentimun, kupas, potong dadu
5 butir bawang merah, belah 2
Garam, gula, cuka secukupnya
Air secukupnya
= Aduk semua bahan jadi satu, diamkan beberapa saat dalam lemari es

Cara membuat:
Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus. Masukkan serai, daun jeruk, setelah harum masukkan ayam. Beri air, sumsum, garam, merica. Masak sampai ayam empuk. Angkat.
Goreng ayam sampai kekuningan. Angkat. Suwir-suwir daging ayam.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ltr santan dari 2 butir kelapa
  • 3 buah cabai merah besar, buang bijinya, iris serong lalu goreng

BUMBU HALUS:
  • 100 gr cabai keriting
  • 20 gr cabai merah
  • 10 siung bawang merah
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 5 cm jahe
  • 1 cm kunyit
  • 2 sdt ketumbar
  • 5 cm lengkuas
  • 2½ sdt garam
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Goreng telor sampai kekuningan dan berkulit.
2. Rebus santan, bumbu halus, daun kunyit, daun jeruk, serai, dan asam kandis sampai mengental.
3. Tambahkan telor, aduk sampai meresap.
4. Taburkan cabai goreng, aduk rata. Angkat dan sajikan.
