Mango Delight

Ingredients:
2 fresh ripe mangoes ( @ 425 gr )
2 tbsps custard powder
2 tbsps sugar
150 ml milk
1 tsp ground cardamom or ground mixed spice
150 ml double cream
2 tbsps shelled unsalted pistachio nuts, lightly crushed

Method:

1. Drain one tin of the mango slices and puree them in an electric liquidizer or food processor. Now drain the other can and coarsely  chop the mango slices. Peel, slice and chop fresh mangoes.

2. Mix custard powder and sugar together, gradually add the milk and blend well. Cook over low heat until the consistency      resembles whipped cream.

3. Stir in the ground cardamom or mixed spice and remove from heat.

4. Gradually add the mango pulp to the custard mix, stirring all the time.

5. Wisk the cream until fairly thick, but still pouring consistency. If you buy extra thick double cream, there is no need to whisk it.

6. Stir the cream into the mango mixture and gently mix in the chopped mangoes.

7. Transfer the mango mixture into a serving bowl and top with the crushed pistachio nuts. Serve Hot or Cold.

bahan:
2 mangga matang yang segar (@ 425 gr)
2 tbsps bubuk custard
2 tbsps gula
150 ml susu
1 sdt kapulaga bubuk
150 ml krim ganda
2 tbsps kacang pistachio tawar, di kupas, hancurkan

Cara membuat:

1. Tiriskan salah satu kaleng irisan mangga dan haluskan dengan food processor. Kupas, iris dan cincang mangga.
 
2. Campur bubuk custard dan gula bersama-sama, secara bertahap tambahkan susu dan berbaur dengan baik. Masak dengan api kecil sampai konsistensi menyerupai krim kocok.
 
3. Aduk kapulaga bubuk, angkat dari api.
 
4. Secara bertahap menambahkan pulp mangga campuran custard, aduk sepanjang waktu.
 
5. Wisk krim sampai cukup tebal, tapi masih menuangkan konsistensi. Jika Anda membeli krim ganda ekstra tebal, tidak perlu mengocok itu.
 
6. Aduk krim ke dalam campuran mangga dan campur mangga yang sudah di cincang.
 
7. Transfer campuran mangga ke dalam mangkuk dan taburi dengan kacang pistachio hancur.
  Sajikan Panas atau Dingin.

Melon and Apple Punch

Melon + Apple Punch

Ingredients:

250 grams of apples, chopped
250 grams of melon, peeled, cut into pieces
200 cc of sweetened soda water
100 cc of sweetened condensed milk
150 c boiled water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 cc of vanilla syrup
Ice cubes to taste

Method:

1. Blend apples, melons, sweet soda water, sweetened condensed milk, boiled water, lemon juice and vanilla syrup until blended.

2. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.

Punch Apel Melon
Untuk : 4 gelas


BAHAN-BAHAN:
250 gr apel, potong-potong
250 gr melon, kupas, potong-potong
200 cc air soda manis
100 cc susu kental manis
150 c air matang
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
50 cc sirop vanili
Es batu secukupnya

Cara membuat:



1. Blender apel, melon, air soda manis, susu kental manis, air matang, air jeruk nipis dan sirop vanili hingga tercampur.

2. Tambahkan es batu, sajikan dingin.

 Banana, Honey and Blueberry Smoothie With Fibre

Ingredients:
1 banana (large)
60 g blueberries (half punnet approx)
1/2 tablespoon Healthy Life Honey
1 cup low-fat milk (try high calcium kind)
2 tsp Healthy Life Psyllium Husks

Method:

1. Add banana, blueberries and cup of milk to your mixer/blender. Blend very well, the mixture will go a nice lavender colour.

2. Add the Psyllium Husks and honey. Blend again very well, ensuring the honey has fully dispersed through the mix.

Serve in a tall glass and drink immediately.

Fresh Strawberry Punch



 FRESH STRAWBERRY PUNCH
Untuk : 4 gelas

BAHAN-BAHAN:
200 gr strawberry segar, cuci bersih
150 cc air matang
100 cc air soda
¼ kaleng susu kental manis
100 sirup rasa strawberry
Es batu secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT:

1. Blender strawberry, susu kental manis, sirup, air matang.
2. Tambahkan air soda dan es batu. Aduk rata.
3. Sajikan dingin-dingin.

150 cc of boiled water
100 cc soda water
¼ can of sweetened condensed milk
100 strawberry syrup flavor
Ice cubes

 
Methods:

1. Blend strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, syrup, boiled water.
2. Add soda water and ice cubes. Mix well.
3. Serve cold.

Green Smoothie


Green Smoothie

Ingredients :

    4  cups packaged fresh baby spinach leaves
    2  cups seedless green grapes
    1  medium banana, cut up
    3/4  cup seeded, chopped green sweet pepper
    1/2  cup unsweetened apple juice

Way to make:

In a blender or food processor combine spinach, grapes, banana, sweet pepper, and apple juice, if using. Cover and blend or process well. Mixture will be slightly pulpy but should be nearly smooth. Makes: 4
