Apple & Dates Salad

Apple & Dates Salad

Ingredients:
3 crisp apples, cored and chopped to make 1 ltr (4 cups)
250 ml (1 cup) pitted, chopped fresh dates
125 ml  (½ cup) slivered almonds
4 crisp lettuce leaves

Salad Dressing:
15 ml (1 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
Grated rind of ½ lemon

1. Mix apples, dates and almonds together with dressing. Pile in lettuce lea cups.
2. Salad Dressing: Combine ingredients together in screw-top jar and shake well.

To prevent apples turn to brown, toss them in lemon juice.

Apple & Date Salad

bahan:
3 apel renyah, buang biji dan cincang untuk membuat 1 ltr (4 cangkir)
250 ml (1 cangkir) diadu, kurma segar cincang
125 ml (½ cangkir) serpihan almond
4 daun selada renyah

Salad Dressing:
15 ml (1 sdm) saus Worcestershire
15 ml (1 sdm) minyak zaitun
15 ml (1 sdm) jus lemon
Parutan kulit lemon ½

1. Campur apel, kurma dan almond bersama-sama dengan saus. Tumpukan di cangkir selada lea.
2. Salad Dressing: Campur bahan bersama-sama di atas sekrup-jar dan kocok dengan baik.

Untuk mencegah apel berubah menjadi coklat, melemparkan mereka dalam jus lemon.

Melon and Apple Punch

Melon + Apple Punch

Ingredients:

250 grams of apples, chopped
250 grams of melon, peeled, cut into pieces
200 cc of sweetened soda water
100 cc of sweetened condensed milk
150 c boiled water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 cc of vanilla syrup
Ice cubes to taste

Method:

1. Blend apples, melons, sweet soda water, sweetened condensed milk, boiled water, lemon juice and vanilla syrup until blended.

2. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.

Punch Apel Melon
Untuk : 4 gelas


BAHAN-BAHAN:
250 gr apel, potong-potong
250 gr melon, kupas, potong-potong
200 cc air soda manis
100 cc susu kental manis
150 c air matang
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
50 cc sirop vanili
Es batu secukupnya

Cara membuat:



1. Blender apel, melon, air soda manis, susu kental manis, air matang, air jeruk nipis dan sirop vanili hingga tercampur.

2. Tambahkan es batu, sajikan dingin.

Curried Lamb and Apples

 Curried Lamb and Apples


Ingredients ;

60 gr lard
750 gr lamb or mutton neck chops, trimmed
3 medium onions, chopped
40 gr butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp curry paste
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp ground ginger
300 ml beef stock
3 large cooking apples, peeled and chopped
Hot boiled rice
Parsley

Method:

1. Heat lard in a flameproof, add meat and 1 chopped onion and cook over high heat to sear chops on each side and brown the onion. Reduce heat, cover and cook ±10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan, add remaining onions and garlic and sauté until golden, add flour, curry powder and paste, coconut, ginger and cook, stirring for ±3 minutes.

3. Gradually stir in stock and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then pour into the casserole, half cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

4. Add apples and simmer a further ±40 minutes. Serve immediately with hot rice and garnishes with parsley, but for the best flavour  leave curry for 24 hours, heat and serve with curry accompaniments.
