Economical Tiramisu





Cake Ingredients:
3 eggs eggs
60 grams sugar
1 tsp emulsifer (SP / TBM)
75 g of wheat flour proteins were
30 g margarine, melted

Vla Cream Ingredients:
250 ml of liquid milk
20 grams sugar
50 ounces grated cheddar cheese
20 gr cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
50 ounces cream powder
100 ml ice water
1 teaspoon cocoa powder for topping


Coffee Solution Ingredients:
1 / 2 tablespoons instant coffee
100 ml boiling water
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Ingredients Topping (whipped):

75 grams cream powder
150 g of ice water

Method:


1. Cake: Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifer until fluffy. Add the sifted flour and mix evenly while.
2. Enter margarine melted gradually while stirring gently. Pour into baking bread 20x20x4 cm that has been smeared with margarine and layered baking paper.
3. Oven 20 minutes until cooked with temperature of 190 degrees centigrade.
4. Cut the cake into 2 parts, then cut a round cake with a diameter of 8cm. Set aside.
5. Vla cream: whipped cream powder with ice water until fluffy. Chill in refrigerator.

6. Boil milk and sugar, stirring until boiling. Add grated cheddar cheese. Stir well. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Cook, stirring frequently, until bubbling. Turn off the heat.
7. Pour a little cream as he shuffled slowly shaking.
8. Take a piece of cake. Place in a ring-coated mica. Flush with a solution of coffee.
9. VLA: Pour the cream over the cake. Cover with cake only. Flush with a solution of coffee.
10. Spray top with cream. Freeze. Serve with a sprinkling of cocoa powder.

Tiramisu Ekonomis


Bahan Cake :
3 butir telor
60 gr gula pasir
1 sdt emulsifer (SP/TBM)
75 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
30 gr margarin, lelehkan


Bahan Vla Krim :
250 ml susu cair
20 gr gula pasir
50 gr keju cheddar parut
20 gr tepung maizena larutkan dengan 2 sdm air ( untuk pengental)
50 gr krim bubuk
100 ml air es
1 sdt coklat bubuk ntuk taburan


Bahan Larutan Kopi :
1/2 sdm kopi instan
100 ml air mendidih
1 sdm gula pasir
Bahan Topping (dikocok) :
75 gr krim bubuk
150 gr air es


Cara membuat:
1. Cake : kocok telor, gula pasir dan emulsifer sampai mengembang. Tambahkan tepung terigu sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
2. Masukkan margarin leleh sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk perlahan. Tuang diloyang 20x20x4 cm uang sudah dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti.
3. Oven 20 menit sampai matang dengan suhu 190 derajat celcius.
4. Belah cake jadi 2 bagian, lalu potong bulat cake dengan diameter 8cm. Sisihkan.
5. Vla krim : kocok krim bubuk dengan air es sampai mengembang. Dinginkan dalam lemari es.
6. Rebus susu cair dan gula pasir sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Tambahkan keju cheddar parut. Aduk rata. Kentalkan dengan larutan tepung maizena. Masak sambil diaduk sampai meletup-letup. Matikan api.
7. Tuang sedikit-sedikit kekocokan krim sambil dikocok perlahan.
8. Ambil selembar cake. Letakkan dalam ring yang dilapis mika. Siram dengan larutan kopi.
9. Tuang vla krim diatas cake. Tutup dengan cake satunya. Siram dengan larutan kopi.
10. Semprot atasnya dengan krim. Bekukan. Sajikan dengan taburan coklat bubuk.

Fried Chicken ala JAPAN ( Chicken Katsu )


 Fried Chicken ala JAPAN ( Chicken Katsu )

 Ingredients:
 600 gr chicken fillet, crosscut 8x2 cm
 2 tbsp salty ketchup
 1 tsp peper powder
 Salt sufficiently
 2 cm ginger, smooth scar
 3 garlic fang, chop up the refinement
 2 egg, shake to release
 200 gr of flour panir


 For the salad:
 225 gr cabbage, cut small
 6 tbsp thousand island sauce
  this ingredients mingled to [by] flatten

 Radish piccalilli:
 150 gr radish, plane down harsh
 150 gr carrot, plane down harsh
 5 tbsp of sand sugar
 2 tsp vinegar
 1 tsp salt
 swirled the ingredients together

Method:

1. Smear the chicken with the briny ketchup, pepper powder, salt, ginger, and garlic. Casting aside in refrigerator [of] during 1 clock

2. Chicken leak. Put into egg shake. Then smear with the flour panir flatten. Repeat again

AYAM GORENG ala JEPANG (Chicken Katsu)

Bahan-bahan:
600  gr fillet ayam, potong 8x2 cm
     2 sdm kecap asin
     1 sdt merica halus
Garam secukupnya
     2 cm jahe, parut halus
     3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
     2 butir telor, kocok lepas
200 gr tepung panir

Untuk salad:
225 gr kol, iris halus
     6 sdm saus thousand island
Kedua bahan ini dicampur rata.

Acar lobak:
150 gr lobak, serut kasar
150 gr wortel, serut kasar
     5 sdm gula pasir
     2 sdt cuka
     1 sdt garam
Bahan-bahan diatas diaduk rata.


Cara membuat:
1. Lumuri ayam dengan kecap asin, merica halus, garam, jahe, dan bawang putih. Sisihkan dalam lemari es selama 1 jam.
2. Tiriskan ayam. Celupkan ke dalam telor kocok. Lalu lumuri dengan tepung panir sampai rata. Ulangi sekali lagi.
3. Goreng dalam minyak banyak hingga matang dan kecoklatan. Angkat, tiriskan. Sajikan bersama salad dan acar lobak.

Maraq Soup

MARAQ SOUP

Ingredients:


 2 tomatoes, cut into 4 parts
8 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cumin oil
Onion
1 liter of water

Smooth Spicy:

 
5 cloves garlic
3 cardamom seeds
½ teaspoon pepper
2 cm turmeric, roasted
2 cm ginger
3 pieces cloves
¼ nutmeg
¼ tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander
salt to taste

 


Method:
 
1. Boil water, boiled until tender goat meat, use small fire.

 
2. Heat oil and sauté ground spices with the onions until fragrant.

 
3. Stir-fry seasoning, tomatoes and salt into the stew.

 
4. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until meat is tender and cooked. Lift.

 
5. Pour the soup in a serving bowl, sprinkle with fried shallots. Serve.

SUP MARAQ

BAHAN-BAHAN:
250 gr daging kambing, potong kasar
2 buah tomat, potong 4 bagian
8 buah bawang merah, iris tipis
2 sdm minyak samin
Bawang merah secukupnya
1 liter air

BUMBU HALUS:

 
5 siung bawang putih
3 biji kapulaga
½ sdt merica bubuk
2 cm kunyit, bakar
2 cm jahe
3 buah cengkeh
¼ biji pala
¼ sdt jinten
½ sdt ketumbar
Garam secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Didihkan air, rebus daging kambing hingga lunak, kecilkan api.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus dengan bawang merah hingga harum.
3. Masukkan bumbu tumis, tomat dan garam kedalam rebusan daging.
4. Masak diatas api sedang sambil diaduk sesekali hingga daging lunak dan matang. Angkat.
5. Tuang sup dalam mangkok saji, taburi bawang merah goreng. Sajikan.

Kebab Halla

 Halla KEBAB

Ingredients:
250 gr lamb, diced
100 gr onion
2 cloves garlic, mashed
150 g small potatoes, boiled until half cooked, peeled, fried
½ tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste
200 ml of water
2 tablespoons cumin oil

Method:

1. Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant.
2. Input goat meat, stirring until lamb changes color.
3. Pour water, cook until the water boils, add salt and black pepper powder, mix well.
4. Enter the onion, stir well. Cook until the meat cooked.
5.Add fries, stir well and reduce heat. Cook over medium heat until the water dried.

KEBAB HALLA

Bahan-bahan:

250 gr daging kambing, potong dadu
100 gr bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
150 gr kentang kecil, rebus hingga ½ matang, kupas, goreng
½ sdt merica hitam bubuk
Garam seckupnya
200 ml air
2 sdm minyak samin

Cara Membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang hingga harum.
2. Masukkan daging kambing, aduk hingga kambing berubah warna.
3. Tuang air, masak hingga air mendidih, tambahkan garam dan merica hitam bubuk, aduk rata.
4. Masukkan bawang merah, aduk rata. Masak hingga daging matang.
5.Tambahkan kentang goreng, aduk rata dan kecilkan api. Masak diatas api sedang hingga air kering. 

Roti Maryam

 Roti Maryam

Ingredients:

500 g high protein flour
200 ml of water
2 eggs
125 gr butter / margarine
salt to taste

Method:

1. Whisk the eggs, put the flour. Pour a little water, knead dough until dull. Trimmed dough until thin and then spread it with butter. Roll up and dense it..

2. Cut the dough along the 6 cm, store in refrigerator for ± 15 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator.

3. Flatten dough with a thickness of ½ cm or according to taste.

4. Bake bread on non-stick skillet until cooked, remove from heat.

5. serve warm as an accompaniment curry or goulash.

Note:
Maryam-layered texture of thin because it contains fat / margarine / butter in the middle of the bread.
Maryam-Enjoy while warm otherwise the fat is not left in the bread when you enjoy it.

ROTI MARYAM

Bahan-bahan:
500 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
200 ml air
2 butir telor ayam
125 gr mentega/margarine
Garam secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Kocok telor, masukkan terigu. Tuang air sedikit demi sedikit, uleni adonan hingga kalis. Tipiskan adonan sampai tipis lalu olesi     atasnya dengan mentega. Gulung dan padatkan.
2. Potong adonan sepanjang 6 cm, simpan dalam lemari es selama ±15 menit. Keluarkan dari lemari es.
3. Pipihkan adonan dengan ketebalan ½ cm atau menurut selera.
4. Panggang roti diatas wajan anti lengket hingga matang, angkat.
5. sajikan hangat sebagai pendamping kare atau gule.

Catatan:
-Tekstur roti maryam berlapis tipis karena mengandung lemak/margarine/mentega di tengah roti.
-Nikmati roti maryam selagi hangat agar rasa lemaknya tidak tertinggal dalam roti saat kita menikmatinya.

Seafood Fettucini


 Seafood Fettucini

Ingredients:
 250 gr of pasta fettucini, braise till ripeness, leak.
 Peterseli chop up sufficiently.

For Sauce:
 2 tbsp butter
 2 tbsp olive
 2 leek fruit, chopped harshly
 5 garlic fang, chop up the refinement
 250 gr prawn [is], throw away its husk
 200 gr squid, slice the medium
 150 gr green cockle
 7 tbsp of tomato pasta
 7 tbsp tomato sauce
 100 ml water
 7 fresh tomato, throw away the its contents, chopped harshly
 1 tsp salt ½ sdt peper powder
 1 tbsp of sand sugar
 1 tsp oregano powder
 1 tsp of leaf of powder bacillus

Method:
1. SAUCE : Heating butter, sautee of leek and garlic till fragrance and wilt. Add prawn, squid and cockle, swirl to flatten. Cook just, enhancing pasta of tomato and tomato sauce, swirl to flatten
2. Decant the water, enhancing tomato chop up the, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano and bacillus. Swirl to flatten, cook till seafood cook and gravy decrease
3. Add fettucini braise, swirl to flatten. Lift
4. Arrange the pasta fettucini in saucer plate, sowings by peterseli chopped

Bahan-bahan:
250 gr pasta fettucini, rebus hingga matang, tiriskan.
Peterseli cincang secukupnya, untuk taburan

Bahan saus:
    2 sdm mentega
    2 sdm minyak zaitun
    2 buah bawang bombay, iris kasar
    5 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
250 gr udang sedang, buang kulitnya
200 gr cumi-cumi, iris sedang
150 gr kerang hijau
    7 sdm pasta tomat
    7 sdm saus tomat
100 ml air
    7 buah tomat segar, buang isinya, iris kasar
    1 sdt garam
   ½ sdt merica bubuk
    1 sdm gula pasir
    1 sdt oregano bubuk
    1 sdt daun basil bubuk

Cara membuat:
1. SAUS : Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum dan layu.
Masukkan udang, cumi dan kerang, aduk rata. Masak sebentar, tambahkan pasta tomat dan saus tomat,
aduk rata.
2. Tuang air, tambahkan tomat cincang, garam, merica, gula, oregano dan basil. Aduk rata, masak
hingga seafoodmatang dan kuah menyusut.
3. Masukkan fettucini rebus, aduk rata. Angkat.
4. Atur pasta fettucini dalam piring saji, taburi atasnya dengan peterseli cincang.
5. Sajikan panas.

Orange Muffin

 Orange Muffin



Ingredients:
4 pieces egg
60 ml of fresh liquid milk
100 g butter / margarine, melted
100 g granulated sugar
40 g sukade multicolored

 

Mix and sift:
200 g flour
40 g cornstarch
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp fine salt
contents:
100 g canned mandarin oranges

For spreading:
60 ml honey

Method:

 
1. Beat eggs and sugar using a mixer for 5 minutes or until fluffy.

 
2. Enter a mixture of flour that has been sifted into beaten eggs and stir well. Add fresh liquid milk, and butter / margarine has melted, mix well.

 
3. Prepare muffin tins that have been smeared with margarine and filled with a few pieces of mandarin orange. Pour muffin batter until almost full cetakkan. Sprinkle top with sukade.

 
4. Bake in an oven temperature of 160 degrees centigrade for 25 minutes or until cake is yellow-brown and cooked. 

Lift. Brush the top with honey and serve warm.
For 8 pieces

Tip: Mandarin oranges can be replaced with canned pineapple chunks, strawberry jam or chocolate block.

Orange Muffin

Bahan :
4 buah telur
60 ml susu tawar cair
100 g mentega/margarin, lelehkan
100 g gula pasir
40 g sukade aneka warna

Campur dan ayak:
200 g tepung terigu
40 g tepung maizena
1 ½ sdt baking powder
½ sdt garam halus

Isi:
100 g jeruk mandarin kalengan

Olesan:
60 ml madu

Cara Membuat:
1. Kocok telur dan gula pasir menggunakan mixer selama 5 menit atau hingga mengembang.
2. Masukkan campuran tepung terigu yang telah di ayak ke dalam kocokan telur, aduk rata. Tambahkan susu tawar cair, dan mentega/margarin yang telah dilelehkan, campur rata.
3. Siapkan cetakan muffin yang telah dioles margarin dan diisi dengan beberapa potong jeruk mandarin. Tuang adonan muffin hingga cetakkan hampir penuh. Taburi atasnya dengan sukade.
4. Panggang di dalam oven bertemperatur 160 derajat celcius selama 25 menit atau hingga kue matang dan berwarna kuning kecokelatan. Angkat. Olesi atasnya dengan madu, sajikan hangat.
Untuk 8 buah

Tip: Jeruk mandarin bisa diganti dengan potongan nanas kalengan, selai stroberi atau cokelat blok.

Choco Peanut Butter Torte

Choco Peanut Butter Torte

Ingredients:
75 g  butter
25 ml of water
50 gr dark cooking chocolate (chopped)
15 g cocoa powder
3 eggs
125 grams sugar
1 tsp emulsier (SP / TBM)
60 g of wheat flour (medium proteins)
30 g of peanut (crushed smoothly)

Toping :
50 g butter
30 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water)
50 gr dark cooking chocolate, melted
50 ounces peeled peanuts, dioven / toasted, roughly chopped for sprinkling

Method:

1. For the cake: preheat the butter and water. Insert pieces of dark chocolate cook until dissolved. Add the cocoa powder. Stir until thick, set aside.

2. Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifer until fluffy. Enter the chocolate mixture. Gently rock.

3. Add the flour and peanuts. Beat slowly while sifted. After well mix, pure in the mold, cast in brass spherical average diameter of 20 cm height 4 cm who had been smeared with margarine.

4. Oven 35 minutes until cooked to a temperature of 180 degrees centigrade.

5. Topping: Beat butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Enter the solution of dense chocolate and cooking chocolate. Beat well.

6. Oles cake with topping. Sow sides with chopped peanuts.

Choco Peanut Butter Torte

Bahan cake:
75 gr margarine / butter
25 ml air
50 gr coklat masak pekat (potong-potong)
15 gr coklat bubuk
3 butir telor
125 gr gula pasir
1 sdt emulsier (SP/TBM)
60 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
30 gr kacang tanah bubuk

Bahan Toping:
50 gr margarine/butter
30 gr susu kental manis
1 sdm coklat bubuk (larutkan dengan 1 sdm air mendidih)
50 gr coklat masak pekat, lelehkan
50 gr kacang tanah kupas, dioven/sangrai, cincang kasar untuk taburan

Cara membuat:
1. Untuk Cake: panaskan margarine dan air. Masukkan potongan coklat masak pekat sampai larut. Tambahkan coklat bubuk. Aduk sampai kental, sisihkan.

2. Kocok telor, gula pasir dan emulsifer sampai mengembang. Masukkan campuran coklat. Kocok perlahan.
3. Tambahkan tepung terigu dan kacang tanah. Kocok perlahan sambil diayak. Setelah terampur rata tuang dalam loyang bulat diameter 20 cm tinggi 4 cm yang telah dioles margarine dan dialas keras roti.

4. Oven 35 menit sampai matang dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius.

5. Topping: kocok margarine dan susu kental manis sampai lembut. Masukkan larutan coklat dan coklat masak pekat. Kocok rata.

6. Oles cake dengan topping. Tabur sisinya dengan kacang tanah cincang.
