Batagor

 Batagor
Ingredients:
1 kg Spanish mackerel fillets (softened)
150 gr onion
75 g garlic
300 gr tapioca / sago
4 point chicken egg
4 teaspoon pepper
5 tsp sesame oil
5 onion leaf, thinly sliced
5 scallions, thinly sliced
40 tofu, holes in the middle
2 tsp baking powder
Salt, to taste
Sugar, to taste

 
Method:
Puree onion, garlic and blend with all ingredients above, then knead the dough until dull.
Enter a space in which has been hollowed out the middle, steamed ± 15 minutes (until cooked)
Before serving fry until yellowish

Ingredients Bean Sauce:
350 g peanuts, roasted until cooked, mashed
7 chili (fried)
7 spring onions (fried)
5 cloves garlic (fried)
1 teaspoon vinegar
100 ml vegetable oil
1 liter of water
Brown sugar 5 tablespoons finely combed
salt to taste
Sugar to taste

Method:
Puree onion, garlic, and mix together until dough is finished, cook mixture until thick.

BATAGOR

BAHAN:
1 kg fillet ikan tengiri (dilembutkan)
150 gr bawang merah
75 gr bawang putih
300 gr tepung tapioka/sagu
4 butir telor ayam
4 sdt merica bubuk
5 sdt minyak wijen
5 bawang prey, iris tipis
5 bawang daun, iris tipis
40 tahu potong, lubangi tengahnya
2 sdt baking powder
Garam, secukupnya
Gula, secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT:
Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, lalu campur dengan semua bahan2 diatas, lalu uleni adonan hingga kalis.
Masukkan isian dalam tahu yang telah dilubangi tengahnya, kukus ±15 menit (sampai matang)
Sebelum dihidangkan goreng dulu sampai berwarna kekuningan

BAHAN-BAHAN SAUS KACANG:
350 gr kacang tanah, sangrai hingga matang, haluskan
7 cabai merah (goreng)
7 siung bawang merah (goreng)
5 siung bawang putih (goreng)
1 sdt cuka
100 ml minyak sayur
1 liter air
5 sdm gula merah disisir halus
Garam secukupnya
Gula pasir secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT:
Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, lalu campur jadi satu hingga jadi adonan, masak adonan hingga kental.
