Macaroni Schotel

 
 Macaroni Schotel

Bahan-bahan:
100 gr macaroni
    5 butir telor ayam
400 ml susu cair
    4 sdm mentega, lelehkan
100 gr keju cheddar parut
  50 gr wortel, parut kasar
100 gr brokoli, potong kecil
    5 buah hati ayam, potong kecil
    5 siung bawang putih, cincang halus

Bumbu:
   1 sdt garam
1½ sdt gula pasir
  ½ sdt merica bubuk
  ½ sdt pala bubuk
   2 buah kaldu blok

Cara Membuat:
1. Siapkan pinggan tahan panas, olesi margarine.
2. Rebus macaroni hingga lunak, angkat, sisihkan.
3. Kocok telor, masukkan susu, mentega leleh dan bumbu lainnya, aduk rata.
4. Masukkan macaroni, 75 gr keju parut, wortel, brokoli dan hati ayam, aduk hingga rata.
5. Tuang adonan kedalam pinggan tahan panas.
Taburi atasnya dengan sisa parutan keju. Panggang dalam oven 150ºC selama ±60 menit.

Macaroni Schotel

Ingredients:

100 grams macaroni
     5 eggs egg
400 ml milk
     4 tablespoons butter, melted
100 gr grated cheddar cheese
   50 g carrot, grated coarse
100 g broccoli, cut small
     5 pieces of chicken liver, cut into small
     5 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Seasonings:
    1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ tsp sugar
   ½ tsp pepper powder
   ½ tsp nutmeg powder
    2 pieces broth block

Methods:
1. Prepare the dish stand the heat, basting with margarine.
2. Boil macaroni until tender, remove and set aside.
3. Whisk the eggs, enter the milk, melted butter and other seasonings and stir well.
4. Enter the macaroni, 75 grams grated cheese, carrots, broccoli and chicken liver, stir until blended.
5. Pour batter into a heat resistant dish.
Sprinkle top with remaining grated cheese. Bake in oven 150 º C for ± 60 minutes.
